Cusp inc Coaching combines a unique approach to working with people using IHD, (Institute of Human Development) principles
We are experienced in delivering 1:1 coaching as well as coaching organisations when they are 'cusping': supporting people to think differently about their lives and projects and future engineer.
Cusp inc is currently exploring the themes of rigour and resilience on behalf of the Cultural Leadership Programme working with Missions Models Money on their Culture Change Conference in 2011.
We continue to run bespoke coaching programmes at the heart of Sync Leadership for the Cultural Leadership Programme, Sync South East for Arts Council England and Accentuate as well as one day coaching intensives for organisations such as Dada South - the disability development agency for the South East working with over 50 artists and makers at the South Bank Centre.

Coaching with Sarah is a bit like a wash on the delicate fabrics programme with the full spin on. Every session was like this this but I noticed I became more tuned in with assessing issues and understanding them.
